The Eastern Idaho State Fair has announced its 2025 entertainment line up and theme.
"Saddle up" will be the theme for the fair for 2025. This year's lineup kicks off August 29th with country singer Dylan Scott.
The Bull riding championships will be August 30th and the Western Truck and Tractor Pull will be August 31st. Then, the Gem State Classic Pro Rodeo rides into town September 1st through the 3rd.
On September 4th, Comedian Jeff Dunham will perform.
Then Train takes the stage September 5th. And finally, the September Slam Demolition Derby will be September 6th.
Eastern Idaho State Fair Manager Brandon Bird says that this years' fair is going to be packed with fun.
“I'm pretty energized about this year's theme and what we've got going on for this year's fair. You know, the fair is a favorite of eastern Idaho, brings over 250,000 people every year. This year, we're telling people, saddle up and take a ride with us. This year, we've got lots of great action. Nine grandstand events that are fully packed with that kind of wild action that you see at the fair.”
