Idaho Housing and Finance Association Rental Assistance Program is back!

Idaho Housing and Finance Association is happy to announce the return of the Housing Preservation Program, a program dedicated to helping renters who have been affected by COVID-19. This program provides assistance to those unable to pay rent or utilities as a result of being financially impacted by the pandemic.

Renters can find more information regarding this program, as well as submit requests for assistance through our online application or by calling 1-855-452-0801. Property owners, managers, and advocates can submit requests on a renter’s behalf.
